※We are open to the public a historical warehouse. Disabled people and small children are not allowed to enter for safety reasons. Those people can wait in the waiting area next to the entrance during watching exhibition.

A valuable warehouse filled with the history of OZAKITOUKI is unveiled for the first time!
OZAKITOUKI Co., Ltd. has been a wholesaler of Hizen ware nationwide for 150 years since the 10th year of the Meiji era (1877). Next to the head office is a warehouse that is over 100 years old. Climb the creaky stairs and you’ll find a pile of thousands of famous ceramics! Arita-yaki, Hasami-yaki, Mikawachi-yaki, and many other types of ceramics are displayed together in a secret base-like space that is irresistible to those who love ceramics. You can see the precious appearance of the wholesale store as it is, and you can purchase the tableware in the warehouse at a special price.
Now that we have more opportunities to sit around the dining table at home due to the prolonged self-restraint of the corona virus, we will open this untouched warehouse with the desire to deliver smiles to everyone by encountering wonderful tableware. Its opening date is from 29th April on the same day that Arita Ceramics Fair starts.
Our warehouse shop name is “HIZEN SHOP”. Not only can you see the inside of the warehouse, but also purchase the ceramics there at a special price. You may be able to find your favorite masterpiece from the vintage tableware unique to a long-established wholesaler. *We will be open during the business hours of the head office even after the ceramics market finishes.
In addition, at the Japanese tableware select shop “Kikoujin” located on Kamiarita Tonbai Bay Street, the private brand “Kikoujin,” which was produced by OZAKITOUKI Co., Ltd, will be revived for a limited time. As having ending the shop closure due to the corona crisis, all the staff will work together to welcome you.
